#1 3.8 OTS Wiring Loom
Just took my new loom out of its plastic bag and found it's covering is plain black cloth.Should it have a blue spec like the one it's replacing?

I am pretty sure they are plain Black It would not surprise me if there were a number of suppliers of these looms and perhaps they had different weaves?
