#1 spare wheel clamp lenght

My spare wheel clamp is 8.7 cm long measured from the underside of
the clamp plate to top of thread. It's to short to hold the 5" spare wheel.
Who knows if I have the correct one ?

Are you sure you have the spare wheel the correct way round in the boot, the dish of the wheel should be facing up which means you can put things in it like tools and you coffee flask.

Looks like you have the wrong one. The one that holds my 5" wheel securely is 9.5cm from the plate to the thread.
