Speaks quietly 'Should any E-Type ever have to wear beige paint?' Beige reminds me of those awful cars made by BL during the 70s and 80s. Maxis Marinas Alegros. Awful hateful loathsome cars for which beige paint was the only suitable colour.

OK, I'll go get my coat.

I agree. Beige is not on my list of color choices for the E-Type but I wasn't going to let it hold me back
from acquiring this beautiful Jag, i.e., its design and performance made me color blind. Just wanting to do some paint touch up for the time being. One day, I expect that I'll change the color to one more glorious (though, my hip 20 something son actually likes it the way it is). Best, Bill

Beige...even the word sounds kind of well, drab somehow. However if any car could energise beige it is the e type

Thanks, Steve. This is very helpful. I appreciate your providing. It seems from the data sheet that the honey beige is considered to be their beige. Best, Bill

Really we are here to speak about E Type and not to give our opinion on a color and so violently.
Mine is red with interrior red and a guy ask me if i'm going to change because it's not the best couple.
F... o... I like the red and if your son like beige, where is the problem ?
It's an E and the most important is that you realize your dream of owning this marvelous car !
Beige or not :swerve:

They are fine - we worry when they are not dotted out!
