I wonder if someone could send me some inside photos of their hood cover. I understand every fitting except for the forward part near the back of the door. I want to find out what the two rivets go into and what it looks like. See attached photo.

The rivets hold a U shaped piece of spring metal which you press down onto the bodywork to hold the cover down. Sounds basic but it works!
