I am looking for a soft and smooth A post seal . The new one i have fitted is too strong and the door can't be closed without a big pressure.....!
Somebody has an idea ....?

Yves,
Fitting new door seals is an art. They are rarely drop in replacements. Many articles have been written on the subject but the simple explanation is to ensure the door closes without any seals or restrictions. Then start adding seals ensuring the door continues to shut properly after each new seal is installed. The back side of the seals will most likely need to be shaved with a very sharp razor blade or sand paper. Take it slow and methodical. Even if the door sits proud a little after seals installed, they will start to compress over time and especially if placed in the sun. To guide the seals to move properly with the door, you may need to hold the seal lips in the right position with painters tape and/or use a light application of silicon grease on the seal.
Don't rush it.
