There seems to be a clip for the speedometer cable attached to the bell housing - does anyone know it's part no? Is it available anywhere?

Yes it's for the speedo cable.
You'll find it in a lot of supplier.
"The clip supports the speedometer cable where it runs over the geabox. The brackets are different for LHD and RHD; part #C17410 for RHD and C18128 for LHD and available from Richard Smith or SNGB. This is the fitting on a LHD car"

But of course! I have seen this clip a number of times while searching through the Factory Fit...
