The old girl turned 59 last week so I treated her to a new set of number plates. Probably should’ve waited till she turned 60 but what the heck.
What on earth will I buy her next year!
Now I just need that engine back in...

Pete, treating the old girl is great for morale and it’s nice to see the GB sticker in the rear window. Will you feel obliged to remove it before venturing out on the roads?

Congratulations all round, looking great on it!
On another subject, excited to hear about a Spitfire Scrambler for sale, but then instantly disappointed to realise its the other side of the world!

Geoff, the GB sticker was on the car when I bought it out of the UK in 2008. It’s been driven far and wide in Australia so I think it can stay.
Paul, thanks. Any cheap motorcycle shipping to the UK?
Off to the garage now to add some protection to the engine frames. Engine going back in tomorrow!
