Hi all

Moss sell a nice champion ignition wire complete with conduit. They say “simply remove 2 cylinder head hold down nuts....” to install the conduit. Is this really simple, remove and retorque one at a time or must the whole head be retorqued and reset. I am cautious as I don’t want to creat a problem that doesn’t exist.

Your experience and advice is valued

Many thanks

Rob,

Me thinks the S1 with the short bolts is a non nissue. „If“ loosening the nut brings the bolt along, just reset and torque. The longer bolts of the S2 engine go through water, if the bolt would release together with the nut, water (and potentially crud) might fall in the thread opening and prohibit the bolt going back in.
