The 'E' Type Forum

On the 26th November 1963, my Opalescent Golden Sand FHC rolled out of the factory, destined for New York and then to California. 57 years later, repatriated and restored I took it for a birthday blast (scenic route to get to the supermarket for essential supplies ) to celebrate. There will of course be cake and champagne later!

My car, 885175, also OGS, was built on 8th November 61 and was also dispatched to New York. It was repatriated in 1990 and fully restored by an E Type specialist.
I imported it into Australia in 2008 where it remains in beautiful condition (recent refurbishment of front suspension and engine repair & detail)

One of my favourite colours..quite stunning. I have a repatriated Nov 62 in OSG which always gets complements on its colour!

March ‘62 RHD OTS just been painted...very excited to get the suspension / fuel lines on and start the rebuild
