#1 pedal box

This is for an s1 4.2 . Hi can anyone tell me how to set the pedals up. Mainly the brake pedal onto the splined shaft .I.E what angle in relationship to the arm to the master cylinder. Also where doe's the front heat shield mount to the body. Thanks, Bryan
