#1 Early dash top vinyl covering

Hi guy's,I've found this covering on my dash top after removing some tatty modern vinyl. The car is January 62 fhc lhd,not sure if its an earlier replacement or original hope some one can help.if it's original i will probably leave it on,thanks for your thoughts.
