You have the wrong bonnet! Welded louvres were fitted to cars up to 875385. Ideally you need to swap the bonnet for a later one. Contact Angus Moss 01462 686682 as he can probably arrange a swap to the correct bonnet as I think he has one.
You really ought to get it right otherwise someone may think the car has been put together from various bits and cause all sorts of problems if you get around to selling.

Not sure, if I got the conversation right?
But welded louvers were of course produced far beyond 875385. This was when the outside bonnet locks stopped.
875458 definitely had originally welded louvers...
However I think the question is, if the stamping on the bonnet can be found to be earlier than the car no?
No experiences from my side

I don't get the response correctly either.
Welded louvre bonnets continued after 875385.
I think the confusion is referring to when outside bonnet latches finished at 875385.

The last car I can see with photographic evidence of a welded louvre setup on xkedata is 875534, so yours is well within the dates when welded louvres were used . Not often that Heuer gets it wrong, but I think in this case he has

I was referring to OBL bonnets as the OP did not give us the body number on it. There is no defined date or body number for the transistion to pressed louvres. There are also reports of cars having welded louvres after the pressed versions were common.
I was hoping the poster would come forward with the number lest the car ends up with the wrong identity (for some reason!). The OP registered on the 7th May at 12:59 and made the one and only post two minutes later. His IP address is in Belgium.
What surprises me is how trusting everyone has become; it is normally me that has to intervene when legitimacy is questioned
