#1 Indicator switch housing

Post by Robbiee » Fri Nov 26, 2021 7:56 am

Hi
Just restoring my indicator housing on the March ‘62 OTS.
I have the original housing off the car which has a small cut out for the wiring as well as a tiny rivet which secures some insulation material inside.(on the right)
I also have another housing which is similar BUT has a larger radius cut out, no rivet and no small cut out separately for the wiring!
The part number cast in the metal is the same for both!
Interested to know whether the design altered and when?
Anyone know?

Same part used on late XK150's - possible you have one of them. The one with the small wiring cut out is correct for your car Robee.
