Are the 2 boot boards the same for all 3.8 fhc or was there a change in design at some point? And did they change the boards for the 4.2? I want to make sure i get the right ones for a Feb64 3.8.

The part numbers changed for the S1 4.2 cars so the 3.8 boards are different.

The parts catalogue doesn't show any changes throughout the 3.8 production run.

Presumably, you have the two piece rear mat?

Thanks chaps. I couldn’t see a difference in the 3.8 v 4.2 boards listed on SNGB, and the guy I’ll be using for trimming reckoned they were 4.2 boards. Do you have the correct part number for the 3.8 boards please? I assume black birch ply is the correct material?

I did write them down so:-

BD21137 for spare wheel cover
BD19052 for fuel tank cover

I seem to recall the widths are different for the 3.8 - I think Martin Robey list them by Stu's part numbers. Worth phoning to ensure you get the right ones. Or make your own - Measurements:

I don't think the boot boards differ for the 1 piece or 2 piece mats. The 1 piece mat simply folds to the lhs to reveal the spare wheel board.
