Hi,
Does anyone have an image or two of the original orientation and any advice on adding lockwire to the front caliper bolts.
Please re-direct me if this has been covered before.
Have the spinny tool thing and a coil of wire.
Thanks
Eddie

Eddie, please look here for previous comments about locking wire. The link in my post shows how to wire lock correctly. Sorry no image of the wire on calipers but you'll see how to do it. And with lots of wire and pliers practice a couple of times and you will be an expert soon

Hope that helps

Torque the caliper bolts correctly befor applying lock wire....then use standard lock wire techniques........there is no " original orientation" ...Steve

The wire should go clockwise over the top of the top bolt and then anti-clockwise round the bottom of the bottom bolt, thus resisting the rotation of the bolts which would slacken them

Found this image online to show you how wire locking looks and how Christopher describes it
Though it's worth doubling back the tail so you don't scratch your hands on it

Many thanks for the advice and found the lockwire thread too.
Suspension and front brakes rebuilt a few months ago and no issues so good to go with the wiring.
All the best
