#1 Gearbox access grommet

Can anyone recommend a replacement grommet BD10821 that is similar to the original ?
This replacement (on the left) is too small on the O.D. and too large on the I.D. & the rubber is too stiff. Most replacements show the centre dished, which doesn't seem to be how my old one is, but maybe the dishing is now required in order to fit the bl@#dy thing !
