Over the years, I’ve found
https://www.hagerty.co.uk/valuation/tool/ to be pretty consistent and they use private/auction/trade sale prices as a guide.

Hagerty prices for series 1 4.2 FHC 1965 lower than I thought they’d be.

It doesn’t seem to be a good time to sell e types, and many do not reach estimate/reserve at auction at the moment and remain unsold. You see good series 1 cars with estimates of 80-90k that struggle to get bids of 60-70k. But then the prices are falling on most cars especially prestige where you see cars that remain unsold on autotrader for over 6 months with asking prices reducing by 10-20k on a 100k car.
