#1 Series 1 wiper motor

E Type 3.8 OTS
I am after a 1961 wiper motor and this is for sale as a RHD 1961.
Not sure why it’s blue has anybody got any ideas. Could be just overspray I suppose.

It has been (badly) repainted. The body should be Rustoleum Hammered Grey 7214830 - (the Hammerite silver and Rustoleum silver are too light). End caps bare alloy and bracket plated.

Thanks for your reply, can you confirm it is the correct wiper motor for my E Type 850166.
I would get it reconditioned and painted as you described.

Yes, correct DL3 motor dated 5/61.
