Looking for a second opinon, I have been offered a red 3.8 FHC RHD 860894 The car is TWO owner the present keeper a 80 year old lady having had it since 65, it still retains its original registration number, engine and gearbox, is road worthy having just passed an mot, the cills and floors were renewed twenty years ago and although they seem fine the areas around and ajoining appear heavily undersealed, the door skins and rear wings are showing signs of bubbling filler, the bonnet although well fitting has been heavy underseal to the underside, I feel therefore its fair to assume a full bodywork restoration, mechanically the engine fires well and the car drives fine although its got varies oil leaks, chromework needs replated, glasswork and interior are fine

I am just finishing a 63 OTS and woudnt have been tempted if not for the history,

So the question is with that history in need of bodywork whats it worth
Experience is the name everyone gives to their mistakes

1963 OTS, Nearly
