When did this become available?
I would guess around 1965 but am not sure.
Thanks,
Peder

I am not sure but I think the rear window was available on the 3.8 as a tinted option but i stand to be corrected on that.

Try sifting through the E-type brochures for US/UK on Jag-Lovers. Sundym doesn't appear in the Series 1 early brochure specs AFAIK, but probably shows up first in later US ones. It was available on the 2+2 from launch in April 66 at least.

Sundym tinted glass became available in April 1962 for windscreen only or all windows on the OTS and FHC as did the heated rear screen on the FHC.
