The 'E' Type Forum

I have a May ?68 1.5 2+2 and am about to update the radio and tidy the parcel shelf area. As the photo shows, the current radio mounting is a bit of a mess and does not look original. My ash tray is on the console and the lighter is on the dash so I assume that the radio surround was a simple affair. I?d be grateful if someone with a similar configuration could post a photo showing what the area should look like. Many thanks,

I am on holiday for a few days, when infer back on Wednesday I will post a picture if console on my 69 car and the retro styled MP3 player which I fitted this week, it looks really good and the sound is pretty decent given the speaker installation.
