I'm about to start restoring my Series 1 3.8 OTS.

It's quite original, and is positive earth. Never having tackled this conversion before I'm interested to know how complicated it is, and what the advantages are.

The biggest advantage is being able to use modern electronics (radio, iPod, SatNav, phone charger) without further modification.
