It could be a combination of the two.There are a number of features which may depress the price . First, LHD . Second, it is an unrestored California car. Sometimes these can be wonderful, but equally if they have lived near the sea, after 50 years they may have nearly as much salt induced corrosion under the skin as a UK car . Buying such a car from a reputable source is one thing, but buying at auction is taking a large gamble. Furthermore, a third factor is that it does not appear to be UK registered
