Before closing the bulkhead, y have to tighten the two washer jets in the right direction... can some one tell me the distance (A) beetween the center of the windscreen and the center of the spray-jet ?
Must y do something particular for thightening the washerjet... ? it seems to me quite difficult to screw at the end of my fingers :?

Having them parallel to the front of the windscreen should be fine. Once you tighten them up it is still possible to twist them a little if need be.

Both they and the wipers are laughably ineffective anyway so it probably doesn't matter much.....

I hate to say this but I think you have them installed them the wrong way around; the nozzles should point outwards (well they do on all my cars).

Yes y have to modify their location .... y must find my gloves before .... :?
