Quick question on the starter motor cable for a 3.8 - does this run along the top or the bottom of the picture frame? Not obvious from the pictures I can find....

Don't have a pic but it runs from the solenoid along underneath the top LH angled frame member, underneath the top cross-member of the picture frame and along under the top RH inner frame rail to the starter.
