#1 boot carpet fixing problem

I have a problem to fix the metal blade receiving the rubber on the carpet.
I have the old carpet which have a kind of pin with a middle hole in which comes the screw which hold the metal blade. I don't know where i can buy those "pins " and the correct screws .....
My second search is about the wood screws which fix the boot board on the 3 hinges . They are no more available with SNGB....
Does anyone has an idea, a ref ? ? theese screws must be very short and thick enough to "fill" the hinge holes
