#1 Ignition Switch Removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the key barrel from a 1969 Series 2 T type?

Dr Google tells me there is a small hole in the casing and if you insert a pin, with the key turned to Aux, the lock pulls out but I can't see a hole.

iirc there is a small screw holding the electric switch at the back of the steering lock. When the switch is removed you can then take the ignition switch. As I said iirc.
If that doesn’t help I can try to get at my own switch. Good luck, Geoff
