USA export numbers

3,428 LHD FHCs went to the USA.


So the S2 figures are-

18,813 S2's produced 1968-1970.

OTS RHD 776
OTS LHD 7852
FHC RHD 1071
FHC LHD 3786
2+2 RHD 1041
2+2 LHD 4287

Total FHC LHD America 3,428

Germany bought 43 S2 fhc's, UK 888, France 17, Canada 120, Switzerland 20, tax exports? 891.

My guess is that there are about 1,000 Series 2 cars of all types in the UK.

I have read that there were rhd s2 cars exported directly from the factory to the US....will need some reasearch
