Has anyone got a diagram of the etype series 2 power steering rack with part numbers. I am just rebuilding mine so looking for a good exploded diagram.

How similar is it to the Series 3 system? If so check the Knowledge section.
I trust you have a copy of the service manual for the S2?

The series 3 rack is different from the series 2 with no interchangeable parts. The manual does not show an exploded diagram of the series 2 power rack only the manual rack. The diagram I have is a copy from somewhere and the copy is really poor and does not have the parts list

Have you looked at Barratt's website, maybe that could help?

Try the US Jaglover forum....far more power steering cars over there....it's a good forum with plenty of guys here using it..Steve

If you think pictures from a lhd S2 with PAS might help let me know I‘ll be happy to make some I have the bonnet off at the moment.

The XKEbooks S2 Parts Manual lists all the parts with part numbers for the power steering rack, pump, pulley etc. It has an exploded diagram of the power steering rack but the diagram for the pump kit has been left blank unfortunately. (http://xkebooks.com/)
