its a white wire that picks up off fuse 6, but it doesnt actually go thru the fuse. the white wire goes over to a bullet connector over by the glove box under the dash before heading back to the pump. You might look there for white wires in a rubber bullet plug. check the connections there.

Thanks Bob. I found the connector under the glove box and it appears to have power from the fuse area. What does this box do? Could it be bad?

I is just a connection from the dash wiring to the harness that runs to a few things on the right side and down along the sill to the back and pump. I cant recall off the top of my head if there are two or three whites joined there, I would pull them all out, make sure they are clean with a little scotch brite and plug them back in. From there I am pretty sure the white is uninterrupted all the way to the pump. the black thing you are looking at should just be a hard rubber connector, inside are little barrels the wires plug in to.
should be a jumble of connectors like this hanging out of the dash in the top of picture

The white wire is indeed uninterrupted all the way to the pump from this point.

While you are investigating this "W" wire to get power to the fuel pump.....why not install an inline fuse...because this white comes off the input of power to fuse 6 and is not fused!!
