Just joined the E Type Club

Hi All.... Just aquired my first E type a S2 2/2 & my first question on the forum......The sill seals are protruding under the doors & can be seen from the outside sticking out about 1/2 in, so purchased some new ones fron SNG.. But they are the same size & profile as the ones I have fitted? any ideas......Or is this the sign of things to come where parts are not as originals.....Also any one had their seats re connolised? & is it worth having done or go for new covers...Thanks Steve Hook (Herefordshire)
