I have a 1970 S2 with the gas strut for securing the bonnet in the open position.

However I think the bracket on the picture frame has been installed incorrectly. So can someone post a picture of the bracket's correct orientation, or tell me whether the securing pin location is at the front or rear of the picture frame please

Tony, I realise the age of the post, I assume it‘s been resolved. On my 1970 the pin goes forward.
