Hi,
I need to replace the battery in my series 2 OTS and would like a battery that looks more like the OE, rather than the horrid red plastc modern (ish) one fitted at the moment. I've seen them fitted on some cars at shows and wondered if anyone knew where they can be bought. Also, do these repro batteries perform as well as 'modern' equivalents?
Thanks,
Kes

Hi,
Think this has been discussed before on the forum. You may want to do a search. But from memory I think a company in Leigh-on-Sea (Near Southend) called Lincon Batteries do a unit close to OE. http://www.lincon.co.uk/
Good luck
Mike
