Got about 80 miles in car yesterday, going very well, just about finished restoring spare pair of cam covers and received today 6 new champion suppressor caps, will smarten up the underbonnet no end!

Beautiful!
What colour is that? - looks a bit lighter than regency red, and darker than carmen.
You know, everyone raves about the series 1's looks - and rightly so, but I think the series 2 roadster is just as pretty as it's older sibling.
No problem is that great that it can't be run away from.

It looks like Signal Red - same as my series 3 OTS.

It is indeed Signal Red, it was painted a couple of months back but underbonnet is fairly tidy so was left and you can notice difference in shade if you are looking, I much prefer the dash of the S1 and also the look of the early seats, for me the S1 is a better looking car, it is funny though as some e types just look right and others not so, trying to work out what it is with the ones I dont like!
