1967 4.2 2 + 2 Engine Tuning

I have just purchased a 1967 E Type and drove it home this morning. It runs quite well but is running a bit rich. Can anyone please advise a specialist I can take it to and get it tuned? I am in Rayleigh, Essex so somewhere in Essex would be good but I will take it to anywhere in surrounding counties or a mobile engineer would be even better.
