Can anybody tell me if I can leave the throttledisks in my intake manifold out? They open slightly later then the carbs!
I think they are only there for the emmision regulation from the US.[/img]

They are supposed to lag behind the carbs or there'd be no point having them as they wouldn't divert anything. If you just take the plates out be careful you don't drop a screw. The spindles can come out if the plates are missing and you disconnect the linkage. That's fine if you block the holes but more work.
