We have a series 2 E-type with a US 3.54 differential. I can get a 3.07 diff from a guy who bought it in a whole lot of Jaguar parts.
It is an IRS type differential, but unknown from which car it comes. Can I safely buy this and be sure that it fits our E?
If there are specific things to look at, please Let me know.
Thanks, Frank M.

Diff is probably not LSD unless from an E. Fulcrum brackets from Eshould be carried over to new diff if not certain it's from an E. If fitting a 5-speed 3,54 is arguably better than 3.07.
Do we get discount for giving your business free info? Or do you give your customers discount because the help cost you nothing?

I trust it well enough - I gave you answers, which is the important thing presumably?
Many people who come here and say "we have..." are in business so after I gave your info I made a not-especially-serious remark in case you were a trader. Some users do give discounts to club members.
Geen probleem van mijn kant.
