Door Armrest Recovering

Hi All.....Going to do some re trimming in my S2 2+2..... has any one done or had done the door armrests.....i know that they can be recovered in vinyl and would like to give it a go.....yes i know it will be a challange but thats why i want to try it......if you have any photos of what you have done or had done so i can see where the seams and joins are i would like to see them....also anyone covered the gear lever cowel (the dome piece under the gaiter) thanks in advance...
