Brake Pipes runs

I have a late series one with the later series 2 style pedal box and the in bulkhead vacuum pipes. I reckon this must be effectively a series 2 system. Has anyone got a schematic of the brake pipe runs from the pedal cylinder to the master cylinder and calipers. I know whats happens from the servo to the rear, its the front pipe runs I am struggling to work out. Is there a main fee from the pedal box hydraulics around the front of the engine frames to the master cylinder for instance?

Andrew - at the bottom of this link is how I routed my hydraulics, based on the original pipes from. Late '69 S2 if it helps:

The pipe from the master cylinder to the servo is 1/4" while the rest is 3/16" from memory. The 1/4" pipe is split in two with the union on the front picture frame. Automec is a good resource for the actual union part numbers.

Hey Chris this is perfect. many thanks. I am sure the pipes run around the front as you suggest. I have the Automec pipe set, but whether I have the set for the correct model remains to be seen when i check the box. I guess I will have to make up some pipes . this is a great help though. Just to confuse people even more, here's the Jaguar parts catalogue routing. I have also seen pics of the pipe routed as per Chris Vine's so who knows what's right.

On the early 4.2 cars fitted with the intermediary pedal box, the vacuum pipes ran from side to side outside the bulkhead. The brake pipe connecting the master to the servo also followed this route.

On the later S1 cars and the S2s, the vacuum pipes were run inside the bulkhead and the brake pipe run along the front of the car, joining at the bottom of the picture frame.
