Hi Jagies,
Sorry for asking that much !
I have all the parts of the tail pipe but am wondering why there are two C33620 "tailgate mounting plates".
It would appear logically to me that one goes inside and the second outside the trunk. Is it reasonable to place both of them outside (as it might have been) ? I am thinking of cutting/bending one's edge to make it fit inside the trunk - what do you suggest ?
Thanks, Tom

Thank you - so just as it was but it appears a bit strange because the weight would be way better distributed with a strong plate inside the trunk. Well not everything they planned was perfect

So I mounted both plates on the bottom as original but decided to place the bolts upside down as the outside is more exposed than the trunk in terms of rust and i added two big washers in the trunk to distribute the load. The missing distance holders i cut off a brass pipe.
Thank you again for helping !
