#1 Brake Fluid Capacity

Post by Pete G » Thu Oct 28, 2021 10:58 am

I am about to refill the brakes and clutch after replacing/rebuilding all the components (calipers, cylinder pipes). There are no upgrades only original bits other than Rob Beere remote bleeders on the rear. How much fluid will I need for this, I don't want to run out part way thro' the job nor do I want to have unused fluid standing about soaking up water?

How much you need all depends on how you bleed you brakes and if you get all the air out first go.....a litre is enough......but 2 to be sure....iv known some to use 5 lit to bleed their brakes :scratchheadyellow: Steve
