Black is black, but the paintshop wants a colourcode for my hardtop. I’ve tried to find the code without any luck. Anybody out there who knows?

Many years ago I needed to touch up some marks on the black bodywork of my motorcycle. I can inform you that black is not black. I tried six or seven before I found a match close enough.
