ive noticed recently when changing down into second gear it has been crunching as if baulk ring is worn as it was a brand new box about 7000mls ago i thought it could be a oil related problem .I have been using ep90 gear oil so i thought i would try automatic transition fluid (ATF)What a difference it took probably 50mls to get round everything but now it feels so much better on all gear changes
