Big Tom
I am gonna assume you mean B1CQ. I had my 4x Stromberg's rebuilt by Joe Curto and all four were returned to me thusly marked:
And -- Rod Crawford, who is documenting his Series III rebuild on Jag-Lovers has had his carbs rebuilt by Joe and were similarly marked.
Joe rebuilds carbs of all ilk. I don't know if he will sell just the needles (parts); worth a call:

Hi Craig,
Thank you for the message and photo, much appreciated.
I did mean B1CG. The engine was a USA spec with low compression pistons and has just been rebuilt with the UK spec pistons and has had all the emissions stuff removed and is consequently running extremely lean and there is not more adjustment remaining. The rolling road looked up all the different needles on their charts and graphs and said the B1CG would be best. I have discovered a place in Australia that has them though. Hopefully i can find a UK supplier too.
Thanks again,
Tom

Hi Tom - the UK suppliers for Zenith Stromberg carb parts are Burlen. They have a helpful website but suggest you give them a call as well on 01722 412 500 to discuss the correct needle. If you still find that there's a lack of adjustment and the mix is too lean, it's possible that the jets are too high and need returning to their correct position below the jet ridge. I had a similar problem and found the fix but it was somewhat hidden on this Forum. You may want to first check that the jets are in the correct position? You'll need a good quality caliper, preferably the digital reading type. You're welcometo PM me for more info eg the correct jet position and the means of adjusting that position.

Chris
