I am currently doing the above conversion and all is going well.
I have assembled new rack off derek and fastened it to car,but am having difficulty working out how to route feed pipes from pump,any advice or pictures would be of great help.

I inherited a set of custom pipes when I bought my rhd steering rack and have ended up routing the pipes up from the rack and across the top of the picture rail and then down into the ps pump.
I am pretty sure that they should be routed along the bottom of the picture rail frame as that would make more sense I suppose.
I didn't have any reference to work with so they kind of routed themselves.
