gutter chrome trim

Ordered new gutter trim for my ser 3 coupe and they fit fine , but on the ones that came off the back end of the gutter was rounded but on the new ones ther are squared with what resembles a small metal tab will try and upload photo, any thoughts

I had the same when mine arrived last month but they fit fine with less chance of sliding along than the one I took off. Being a sado I found it it very satisfying that such a simple replacement piece of trim made such a visual impact
