Series 3 V12 Engine Oil Dipstick Tube

My dipstick tube has seen better days and needs to be replaced. However, part number C37003 (my engine number is: 7S 7947 SA) is not available from the usual UK suppliers.
Would greatly appreciate if a member could advise where I can purchase this item or alternatively a company which could fabricate one (possibly using mine as a template).

You can probably just make one using some soft copper pipe and put a flare on one end. The important measurement is how far the dipstick protrudes from the pipe end, as this sets how deep it will sit in the sump.

Knowing that, you can probably mix and match or adapt one from another car, e.g. an XJS.
