#1 SU carb set up

Hi , can anyone advise me how to ensure the SU carbs are set up correctly.

If it idles smoothly at 750 rpm when warmed up they are correct. Otherwise as per the Owners Handbook, pages 42 - 46.

I assume therefore you have SUs on your series 3?

Sorry Colin, wasn't referring to your post, just making sure the OP was indeed asking about SUs that he'd put on a series 3 as a replacement for Strombergs
