Can anyone suggest or confirm a regular check up list for a V12 ? I am no mechanic but I would like to ensure to check essential items before a drive after a few months non use.

Imo the routine maintenance schedule in the owners handbook, pages 32-36 is an excellent guide.

Yes and fully outlined in Section 10 of the workshop manual.

If in doubt read the instructions.
