Hi guys. I have 4 Su carb conversion on my car . Anyone have the same? If so how easy is it to service and set them up ?

If you start by reading the set up of the standard Strombergs and then the set up of SUs for the 4.2 cars you’ll most likely be able to combine the two to make up your own guide.
Do you know which SUs they are and which needles? That will help others with suggestions. And help you use the SU notes appropriately. Were any other changes made at the same time as fitting the SUs or previously that you know of?
Whether anyone stateside has done it you could ask on jaglovers and a trawl of the interweb may highlight other V6/V8 or V12 cars that use SUs.

I have HD8s on my XJS.

Easier to tune these than triple SUs on the E type as each carb feeds one bank of 3 cylinders.
